Why everyone keeps coming back.

If you’re craving an authentic Korean barbecue experience right in the heart of Taguig, look no further than Samgyuniku Uptown Mall Branch. This Korean barbecue restaurant expertly blends quality meats with a warm, inviting dining atmosphere, making it a must-visit for both Korean food aficionados and curious foodies alike.

The highlight here is undoubtedly the menu featuring a variety of Korean and Japanese-inspired rice meals, each thoughtfully prepared to delight the palate. You can indulge in the Angus Beef Samgyup Plain, tender slices of premium Angus beef served alongside two perfectly balanced side dishes for just ₱299.00. If you prefer your beef with more punch, the Marinated Beef Bulgogi offers a juicy, savory-sweet flavor profile complemented by the same selection of sides, promising a rich, satisfying meal. For those who enjoy a deeper herbaceous taste, the Herbed Thick Cut Samgyup elevates the dining experience with its aromatic marinade and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

The restaurant also caters to solo diners who want something hearty yet straightforward. The Gochujang Sweet and Spicy Beef with two side dishes is an absolute delight—combining the fiery kick of gochujang sauce with a sweet undertone that perfectly tingles your taste buds, all for ₱285.00.

Complement your meal with refreshing beverages such as classic Coke, Sprite, or the vibrant Royal, each priced affordably between ₱40 to ₱80, ensuring your thirst is quenched alongside the robust flavors of the barbecue.

The dining ambiance at Samgyuniku Uptown Mall Branch strikes a comfortable, relaxed tone, perfect for sharing a meal with friends or family. Customers have noted the option to dine al fresco, which allows for a breezy, open-air experience, while others appreciate the cozy indoor corners—though some have mentioned a slightly dim lighting that adds an intimate feel. The efficient yet friendly service stands out; staff members like Andeng have been praised for their attentiveness, ensuring your grilling session goes as smoothly as possible.

What sets Samgyuniku apart is its commitment to excellent service despite the predominantly self-service style for the barbecue grill. The staff remain actively engaged, offering side dishes and ready assistance, while the manager’s thoughtful approach to customer feedback reflects a genuine desire to refine the guest experience.

Whether you’re a local craving the familiar taste of Korean barbecue or a visitor eager to explore authentic flavors without breaking the bank, Samgyuniku Uptown Mall provides a dining experience that’s both delicious and deeply satisfying. As one patron from Pampanga shared, the quality and quantity of their wagyu dishes left them “super busog” and eager to return. Indeed, this restaurant’s blend of premium meats, enticing flavors, and welcoming atmosphere make it a standout destination in Metro Manila’s vibrant food scene.

Don’t miss out on this flavorful journey—call +63 927 332 2866 to book a table or simply drop by 36th Street 9th Ave, Taguig, and prepare to indulge in some of the best Korean barbecue around.

Haven’t been able to eat korean bbq in a while that’s why it’s worth the queue. They have great quality of service even though the food is self-service except for the side dishes which you would ask for from the crew. Manager was nice enough to ask us about how the food was and it is so good, although the squid rings are a bit salty and the floor were slippery. You could also dine al fresco and the view of the uptown is great.

I’m from Pampanga, and when we went to BGC I was really craving wagyu—then we found this place. All I can say is, super busog kami, sobrang sarap, and the price? Very affordable. Babalik kami for sure!

Meat was good. The side dishes were good enough. The atmosphere was nice, however a bit dark in our area (corner). Overall, it’s relaxing enough to enjoy our meal. We only ate beef so I can’t judge the pork and chicken. Currently priced at 649 per head, I can say it’s worth the price. One thing to note is that the grill moves a lot when cooking because of the fit (for practicality) but it’s not a bad thing. The servers were also nice and attended to our needs promptly. Note that this was at a weekday lunchtime so there are fewer customers than usual. Thank you!

Menu was outdated since the list includes a lot of side dishes but when you get inside, there’s only a few available. Meat tasted nice and we got full, maybe we just expected too much. The service was great though, Ms. Virgielyn was super attentive and nice to everyone, we appreciate her!
